In accordance with our company policy, your access to and use of our website and services is subject to the following terms and conditions. Our website's policies apply to all transactions made through it, so if you make any transactions on our site, you agree to abide by them.
Mode of Payment:-
Through our user-friendly website, you can make overseas advances using your debit or credit card, net banking, or Master/Visa debit card. Foreigners who are not in the United States can pay with currency notes/traveller’s checks or by using a Master / Visa American Express credit card. For payments made through credit card, the applicable bank charges will be added to the total amount and paid at the same time.
Regarding Cancellations, No Shows, and Early Departures:-
In any situation, if you cancel your trip then you must follow these points. The following policy would apply to you.
- You will get the 10% refund 30 days before
- A 10% deposit is required 30 days before arrival.
- 30 % of the tour cost must be paid within 15 to 30 days before.
- 40 % of the cost of 07 days to 14 days before arrival
- 50% of the tour cost of 02 days to 06 days before arrival
- There would not be any refund in less than 48 hours.
- Jeep Safari & Elephant Safari charges are non-refundable.
On weekends and Weekdays or during peak season Holi, Diwali, X'Mas & New Year, a separate cancellation policy is applicable on hotels. Our Liabilities and Limitations: Once you are done and finalize the tour/service cost and in the middle, if there are any hikes in permit fees of safaris/taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges decided by the Govt of India, the same would be charged as extra.
